Aino Turunen has joined Logent as an HR Specialist, further strengthening the company’s HR team. Based at Logent’s Rauma site, Aino brings broad experience in HR and recruitment and will support managers in people-related matters while contributing to the development of HR processes as part of the HR team.

Aino joined Logent from Nipromec Group, where she worked as an HR & Recruitment Specialist. Over the past six years, she has built extensive expertise across HR and recruitment functions. Before transitioning into HR, she spent nearly a decade in the hotel industry in a variety of operational and customer-facing roles. Aino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.

What attracted Aino to Logent was the opportunity to take on a versatile HR role while gaining experience in a new industry. She sees Logent’s continued growth and strong position in the Nordic market as an inspiring environment for both professional and personal development.

As she settles into her new role, Aino’s initial focus is on getting to know Logent’s people, ways of working and HR processes, while building a strong foundation for future development initiatives.

“What I’m looking forward to most is meeting new people, learning more about the logistics industry and continuing to grow professionally in a new environment. It’s exciting to have the opportunity to learn something new while supporting both managers and employees in their daily work,” says Aino.
